December 2023

Dear Friends!

2023 has been an adventurous year for TRB! Many praises and challenges! Mike Rich's news last December really woke the group up and reinforced our mission and purpose as a group. Praise the Lord! Mike has made a complete recovery from stage 4 throat cancer and is currently in remission. He may even be lower than before. We were able to complete our 3rd studio album this year as well! We are very pleased how "The Homestretch" turned out. A couple of really good original songs written by Rick H (Worries and Blessings) and Dave W (When the Roll is Called up Yonder) are included. A very successful Third trip to the West Coast this year as well. We were able to add 2 new churches to our trip this time and are looking forward to next year. The west coast is desperate for the word! We were nominated for a Josie Award in October and enjoyed an eventful weekend at the Opry. Always an honor to be recognized by this great organization. Lastly, we found out that our song "When Heaven Crumbles" made the Number 1 slot in Christian Voice Magazine for November... our first nationwide #1 song. Woohoo!

July 2023

From Mike!

Just got the results of the C.T. from last week. I am doing better at this stage than most. There is shrinkage in the lymph nodes and no signs I have a tumor any longer. During the next few weeks their going to run a pet scan and some other test. The cancer has not spread to any other parts of my body. They won't yet say I am cancer free but am in a very good chance of being in remission. I can only thank God almighty for bringing me this far. AMEN!

January 2023

February 7th, 2023 our bass singer Mike Rich will begin radiation and chemotherapy for throat cancer. TRB will be taking some down time as Mike goes through treatments. Please Remember Mike in your prayers as he goes through this seven week process.

During this time we will be working in the studio finishing up our third CD release and working on new tracks. We hope to put out a Christmas CD this year as well in the fall.
